9 - VIBRATION TESTING UNDER VARIABLE CLIMATIC CONDITIONS

Dynamic Vibration & Climate Integration Testing

Our vibration testing laboratory combines mechanical stress with controlled climatic conditions. Using electrodynamic shakers ranging from 22 kN to 60 kN with integrated chambers (-70 °C to 180 °C), we perform comprehensive vibration testing across frequencies from 5 Hz to 5 kHz. Our capabilities include sinusoidal, random, and mixed mode vibration, mechanical shocks, and field-replicated data testing. We can test complete modules weighing up to 800 kg and combine vibration with high temperatures up to 1100 °C for fatigue and life testing with Wöhler curve generation.

Advanced Testing Capabilities & Compliance

We offer custom test fixture design and production with CAE analysis support, contactless vibration measurement using Doppler vibrometry, and acoustic assessment with multi-microphone systems. Our facility provides active car cooling system simulation, high-voltage powering up to 1500 V DC, and 60-channel data acquisition with CAN control. All testing complies with key standards including ISO 16750-3, VW 80000, LV124, and IEC 60068-2 series, ensuring reliable validation for automotive components under combined environmental stresses.

Assessment of appearance
  • Vibration testing of sinusoidal, broadband random, mixture (SoR, SoS) modes, mechanical shocks, and field replicated data
  • Combination of vibration and temperatures in climatic chamber in the range from -70 °C to 180 °C
  • Combination with high temperatures generated by gas burner, heat oven or induction-principle operating equipment up to 1100 °C
