4 - EMISSION TESTING OF PLASTIC ASSEMBLIES AND COMPONENTS

Our emission chamber testing facility analyzes volatile organic compounds and odors from plastic components. The 1m³ chamber accommodates samples up to 40 kg, operating between 25-90°C with 5-95% humidity control. We utilize advanced equipment including FID 2000MP SHED analyzers, GC-MS systems with thermo-desorption units, and HPLC instruments to precisely determine VOCs, aldehydes, ketones, and formaldehyde.
We provide end-to-end emissions testing compliant with PV 3942, VDA 276. Our services include sample logistics, professional preparation, and detailed expert protocols. Testing is supported by our qualified odor assessment team and complemented by consultancy services to help interpret results and implement appropriate solutions.
