21 - HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL TESTING

Our laboratory conducts comprehensive high-voltage electrical testing with power supply capabilities up to 1.100 V/36 kW. Testing includes transient overvoltage/undervoltage evaluation, voltage and current ripple analysis, and various power failure scenarios. For control lines, we perform pulse testing, reset behavior verification, interruption response, and polarity reversal testing using specialized equipment including 4-quadrant NetWave 30 power supplies, automotive transient simulators, and load dump generators.
We provide comprehensive measurement capabilities including insulation resistance, dielectric strength testing, and spectral impedance analysis. Our 48-channel DAQ system with 1 MS/s sampling rate enables detailed performance monitoring during tests. All testing incorporates active liquid cooling for devices under test, advanced safety protection systems, and optional climatic chamber integration. Testing complies with LV 123, WV 80300, and customer-specific standards with complete validation project management and in-depth analysis support.
