12- INGRESS PROTECTION (IPXX) TESTING

Our facility conducts complete IP testing according to ISO 20653 and IEC 60529 standards using specialized equipment including custom Tiyo-designed testers for IPX3 to IPX9K. We perform water splash tests (ISO 16750-4), car wash simulation with brushes (PV 3.3.3), and comprehensive sealing validation using 1m³ dust chambers with various test media and 2 m³ splash chambers for muddy/salty/clean water testing. Our capabilities extend to high-voltage applications up to 800 V DC with advanced immersion testing.
We offer complete project support including sample preparation with torque-measured sealing, specialized analysis techniques, and post-test evaluation with water ingress determination. Our services include microscopic analysis, insulation resistance testing, pre-aging in climatic chambers, and chemical/UV analysis. All testing incorporates advanced safety protocols with 48-channel monitoring systems (20 MHz sampling rate) and active liquid cooling for test devices, ensuring comprehensive protection assessment compliant with all relevant standards.
