Polski 25 - PRODUCTION OF COMPONENTS FOR THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY
We specialize in high-precision aerospace component manufacturing under EN 9100 procedures, with particular expertise in aluminum alloy milling. Our capabilities range from ultra-light thin-walled beams to extra-large high-stiffness structures, all produced with exceptional precision even for unstable components. Production is supported by advanced equipment including our large 5-axes CNC milling machine with 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 m travel capacity and 7 t / 1 m² load capability, complemented by additional CNC resources and 3D CMM systems.
Our comprehensive in-house approach integrates CAD/CAE engineering support from initial studies through complete documentation and manufacturing. All processes adhere to rigorous EN 9100 aerospace quality standards, ISO 9001, and ISO 17025 requirements, with TISAX information security protocols ensuring confidentiality. Every project benefits from CMM-supported assembly verification with dedicated protocols, culminating in customized packaging and delivery via our own logistics network for complete chain-of-custody control.
