Precision Acoustic Analysis & Noise Evaluation

Our semi-anechoic chamber (1.8 x 1.8 x 2.0 m) with 17 dB ambient noise provides ideal conditions for precise measurement. The facility integrates a 1.6 kN Tira shaker for vibration-induced noise testing, supported by multi-axis accelerometers, Polytec laser vibrometry, acoustic cameras, and G.R.A.S microphones. We assess noise distribution, perform acoustic scans, and analyze both operation-induced and vibration-induced noises with frequency spectrum analysis.

We welcome client's presence during testing, providing immediate feedback opportunities with an adjacent workshop and microscope laboratory for rapid analysis. All testing is supported by comprehensive video recording and complies with relevant standards including BMW PR 311 series and various industry specifications, ensuring both subjective and objective noise assessment for complete acoustic performance validation.
