11 - HIGH-TEMPERATURE ENDURANCE TESTING

Our high temperature testing facility conducts vibration testing up to 5 kHz at temperatures reaching 1100 °C, and performs thermal shock tests with extreme temperature differentials (+1100 °C/+5 °C). We provide comprehensive testing for actuators, exhaust valves, and turbocharger components with full validation plans developed in-house. Our capabilities include fatigue and life testing with Wöhler curve generation, and specialized testing for VNT/waste-gate kinematics, pressure/vacuum actuators, and electronic actuators.
We offer complete engineering support including design, calculation, and manufacturing of test equipment specifically for turbocharger validation. Our CAD/CAE analysis identifies turbocharger housing crack development through static and vibration simulations. We participate in product co-development, helping minimize mechanical failures in prototypes and functional issues in serial products. This comprehensive approach bridges testing and engineering to deliver optimized components for extreme operating conditions.
