Comprehensive Mechatronic System Validation

Our facility tests high-power components including HV devices (1500 V/72 kW) and LV systems (80 V/60 kW) like fuel cell compressors, eBoosters, eTurbos, and HVAC components. Testing capabilities include environmental assessment, vibration, corrosion, electrical performance, and extensive lifetime evaluation. Our equipment includes multiple DC power supplies supported by advanced data acquisition systems and numerous water/glycol chillers operating from -40 °C to +95 °C.

Specialized Testing Support & Standards

We provide comprehensive testing infrastructure with water/glycol cooling simulation, encrypted CAN/LIN commanding systems, and pressurized oiling systems for bearing applications. All testing incorporates advanced safety protocols and extensive data storage capabilities for long-duration tests. Our tests comply with ISO 16750-based standards and accommodate specialized lifetime and durability test protocols tailored to specific component requirements and operational conditions.
