2 - SURFACE FINISH EVALUATION

Our surface finishing laboratory evaluates coated surfaces using advanced equipment including BYK colorimeters and multi-angle gloss meters. We test paint properties through thickness measurement, adhesion evaluation, steam jet resistance, and stone chip resistance. For interior components, we analyze scratch/mar resistance, abrasion behavior, and micro-scratch resistance with precision testing instruments.
We provide extensive environmental testing through solar simulation chambers, xenon test equipment, and climate facilities. Our laboratory maintains continuous xenon testing for VW specifications with six dedicated chambers. We offer comprehensive sample preparation support, accommodate special customer chemical resistance requirements, and provide complete project management including material validation and consultancy services.
