Advanced Environmental Simulation Systems

Our solar and UV simulation facilities provide comprehensive weathering assessment using specialized chambers ranging from 340 l to 31 m³ capacity. Equipment includes VÖTSCH solar simulation chambers with metal halogen lamps producing complete sunlight spectrum, and ATLAS Xenotest chambers with precise radiation control (300-700nm). Our four Xenotest chambers offer specialized testing for both interior and exterior components, with water spraying options and controlled temperature/humidity conditions that accurately simulate months to years of environmental exposure.

Complete Testing Solutions & Analysis

We offer comprehensive testing solutions with in-house fixture design for precise vehicle position simulation and photogrammetry evaluation of results. Our continuously running xenotest chambers support VW specifications (PV 3929, PV 3930, PV 1303, PV1306), while accommodating large components and complete modules. Clients benefit from time and cost efficiencies through batch testing capabilities, complete project management, and expert consultancy services that help interpret results and implement improvements based on test findings.
