Precision Testing Fixtures & Control Equipment

We design and manufacture comprehensive dimensional control equipment including 3D CMM fixtures, car body cubings, and precision gauges for verification. Our testing capabilities extend to specialized fixtures for vibration, environmental, and extreme load testing, supported by advanced machinery including 5-axes CNC mills with up to 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 m travel and 7 t/ 1 m² capacity. We also develop customized PLC-controlled test benches tailored to specific customer requirements.

Our end-to-end in-house approach covers everything from initial CAD design and FEM calculations through manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery.
