13 - CORROSION RESISTANCE TESTING

Our corrosion testing laboratory provides comprehensive salt spray testing with temperature and humidity cycling up to 80 °C and 95 % RH using a 5 % sodium chloride solution. Multiple corrosion chambers from Leibisch, Vötsch, and Q-Lab with volumes ranging from 400L to 1103L accommodate samples in spaces up to 1440 x 800 x 740 mm. We ensure homogeneous testing conditions regardless of sample position and offer continuous monitoring capabilities for powered components throughout the testing cycle.
We provide detailed post-test evaluation with visual and equipped monitoring systems and precise sodium chloride concentration management. Our facility supports high-voltage testing up to 1500 V, CAN/CAN-FD control systems, and active cooling/heating line simulation. Custom tools enable advanced test applications including specialized air inlet/outlet configurations and sophisticated sample and sensor infrastructures. All testing complies with comprehensive standards including ISO 9227, IEC 60068-2 series, ASTM B117, and numerous OEM specifications.
