1 - MATERIAL ANALYSIS OF PLASTICS, COMPOSITES, METALS, AND FOILS

Our material testing laboratory provides extensive analysis capabilities for plastics, composites, metals, and foils, covering flammability, mechanical properties, and thermal characteristics. Using specialized equipment including universal testing machines with various force sensors, Charpy impact pendulums, FTIR analyzers, and thermal analysis systems, we evaluate material properties through tensile testing, density measurement, Shore A hardness testing, and impact resistance assessment. Our thermal testing capabilities include VICAT softening point determination and DSC melting temperature analysis, while our environmental chambers support weathering, solar simulation, and corrosion testing.
We offer complete project solutions with test sample preparation included, handling everything from cutting to sample injection from raw materials. Our flexible approach welcomes special customer requirements and includes comprehensive project management with subcontracting when necessary. Beyond standard testing, we provide detailed feedback, consultancy services, and specialized training for clients' staff, ensuring thorough understanding of test results and their implications for product development and quality assurance.
