22 - LOW-VOLTAGE AND CAN BUS TESTING

Our laboratory conducts comprehensive low-voltage testing on 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V systems with currents up to 200 A. Testing includes transient voltage evaluation, load dump scenarios, and various power failure simulations. Control line testing covers pulse response, reset behavior, interruptions, and polarity reversal using specialized equipment including 4-quadrant voltage drop simulators, automotive transient generators, and electronic/mechanical switching systems.
Our facility features two dedicated testing cells each capable of testing up to six samples in parallel, significantly reducing validation time. Comprehensive monitoring utilizes 48-channel DAQ systems with 1 MS/s sampling, supported by active liquid cooling and integration with climatic chambers. All testing complies with ISO 16750, ISO 7637-2, and customer-specific standards, with complete project management and detailed analysis support throughout the validation process.
