6 - NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) / DEFECTOSCOPY

defectoscopic analysis in the TIYO laboratory
10 methods of non-destructive testing
Comprehensive Material Testing & NDT

Our defectoscopy laboratory conducts extensive material testing including mechanical tests (tensile, impact, bending, hardness), metallographic analysis (macro/micro tests, ferrite content), chemical composition determination, and corrosion resistance evaluation. We provide complete nondestructive testing using radiographic, ultrasonic, capillary, and magnetic methods, complemented by leak checks, visual inspection, eddy current testing, spectrometric analysis, strain gauge measurement, and infrared thermography.

Professional Sample Preparation & Standard Compliance

Our fully equipped sample preparation facility features CNC machines, lathes, saws, and cutters to ensure precise specimen creation. All testing is performed according to relevant ČSN EN, ČSN EN ISO, ASTM, and ASME standards, ensuring consistent, reliable results for quality assurance and safety-critical applications across diverse industrial sectors.
